I loved this book. It was angsty, emotional, romantic, frustrating at times, and suspenseful. It was your typical bad boy/good girl romance theme, but the Author threw in twists to make it her own. I found myself instantly addicted from page one and couldn't wait to see what happened in the end. The story was about a girl, Olivia, moving away to college to put space between her and an ex boyfriend. When a ghost from the past shows up and adds more drama she starts falling even harder for Brax. He is her protector and knight in shining armor... That is until secrets are revealed. Those secrets rip Olivia's heart in two. I loved the angsty banter between Brax and Olivia. The relationship between the two reminded me of Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire. Same cocky, arrogant boy that is undone by the good girl. Olivia is smart, witty, and kind of geeky. I loved her and Brax, well he is my new book boyfriend of the week. I loved how he was edgy and raw, yet sweet and caring too. The two of them together were quite the pair. I am team Brax and Gracie all the way! I definitely think the Author did a wonderful job with this story. My heart broke at the end. but I was happy with how it all turned out. With that being said... I Highly recommend Stupid Girl... It's everything a New Adult Romance should be.

My Thoughts:

Crash Into You was about a well off girl falling for a boy in the system, with a mom who just got out of prison. Their paths cross when they end up at an illegal street race and are forced to run from the police together. They find themselves with big problems, owing a bad guy a lot of money. Isaiah wants to take care of the debt on his own, but Rachel insists on doing her part. As much as he wants to tell her no and push her away, he can't help but to be sucked into her and an unexpected romance. Together they build a forbidden relationship around secrets and cars.

 

This was a darker read. There was tons of danger and suspense. It was a page turner for sure, but I don't think it was as good as the others. While they brought out a lot of emotion this one lacked connectors. I wanted to connect to Rachel, but something kept me at arms length. Maybe it was the fact that she was fearless one minute and collapsing with a panic attack the next... It was hard to follow her illness and what triggered it exactly. If there was more consistency I think I would have felt more emotion towards her and maybe loved the book even more. However, the romance in this book and the twists and turns made this book a 3 star read!

 

I enjoyed the story and found myself addicted to Isaiah, but definitely craved more when it came to emotion.

I loved Clipped Wings, but this book was even better!

We got to see Tenley deal with her past, while Hayden struggled with being left behind.

 

 When they reunite it is a back and forth struggle. Tenley wants Hayden to understand her motives behind leaving, but Hayden is hurting. Sexual tension is thick and emotions run high.

 

The intense feels you get from this book are one of a kind. When Tenley and Hayden told more about their pasts... my heart ached for them. The passion between them is real and it's almost as if they need one another to be able to live.

 

While the book is focused on dark pasts and new beginnings, it also brings family and friendships into the picture. It shows that with loved ones around you can survive the darkest of days.

 

I loved the ending. Everyone got what they deserved and in mind I was screaming WOOOHOOO!

 

Definitely recommend this read.

Okay let me start by saying REAL set the standards high and
unfortunately MINE did not outdo book 1.

 The beginning takes us back to where REAL left off. Remy and Brooke are back to traveling together and sharing tons of sexual moments. Shortly after though, an unexpected surprise takes place and leads Brooke to bed rest. Remy then travels alone and Brooke is left with her friends and her ipod. They miss one another like crazy and when Brooke is finally allowed to travel again it is time for the big fight with Scorpion. Remy has been on fire, but he is Black and everyone is worried about his safety. Did he win? Was he safe? Read it to see...

This book was good don't get me wrong, but I felt the storyline was lacking. I loved the suspense and drama with Brooke and Remy traveling together.

 -I like the Jealousy and angst.

When Brooke got pregnant the whole mood of the book changed! She was put on bed rest at just a couple months into the pregnancy, which I felt was kind of far fetched and personally, the book was slow when Remy was traveling alone. We got friendship and family stories, but I wanted more Remy.

There was drama with scorpion at the beginning and I loved that part. I also loved the ending and all the fighting scenes. They were wrote fabulously.

The book fell short towards the middle though. When Nora went back to the Scorpion. I was like "Oh no! Here we go again." I wanted something different, not a replay of book 1.

I still love Remy and secretly I prefer him black. Shame on me -I know!
His craziness sucks me in and his broken side tugs at my heartstrings.

I definitely say give this book a try. Everyone has their preferences. I just wish this one left me feeling the way REAL did.

A Beautiful story about two beautifully broken characters...

 

This book is about sweet AM and daring, slightly hot tempered Bo. When they become partners in class the connection forms and grows into a sexy, intimate situation. While AM tries to fight her attraction towards Bo, emotions run high and secrets are spilled.

 

Both characters are broken, yet continue to be brave. Together they fight their pasts and form their future.

The friendships are strong in this book and the romance is HOT!  I love how the Author added just enough detail to consume you, but not too much that it overwhelms you.

 

The storyline was fresh and new... While this book was based around different characters, it still linked back to Undeclared (Book 1)
 

What makes this a must read for me is the fact that Bo is Alpha male, a fighter Physically and Mentally. He is definitely book boyfriend material, so ladies pick up the book and get ready to swoon!

I loved Battlescars, but this sequel blew me away!

The Author makes Alcoholism her focus and does a wonderful job describing what one has to go through in order to let go... Blake and Piper are on and off throughout the whole book so when a huge secret is revealed you are on the edge of your seat waiting to read about the characters reactions. How will they react? and What is the Secret? Read to find out!

The Author did a great job with this book! The emotions consume you and the characters had you rooting for them. I thought the storyline was well thought out and the plot was exciting. Just when you thought you had it all figured out, the Author added another twist...  I would recommend this book to everyone. It has romance, suspense, and most importantly it touches on real topics.

Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire

No doubt about it this book is 5 out of 5.

If you love a good girl getting mixed up with a bad boy then you have to read this! Abby goes to college with her best friend and her life goes from calm to messed up in no time. She meets sexy, cut Travis Maddox and becomes completely consumed in his bad boy world. Travis earns money fighting in an underground fight club and has every girl drooling over him. When him and Abby's life intertwines they make a bet where if Abby loses she has to live with him for a month or if he wins he has to stay abstinent for a month.
