My Review: I give this book a 4.5 !
I applaud Alicia for this debut novel. The story was compelling, fresh, and sexy.
I loved the characters in this story. Lily was grieving the loss of her family. She was beautiful, caring, and broken. Kyle was kind, sexy and charming. Together they were perfect for one another.
I thought is was refreshing to watch Kyle bring fun back into Lily's life. The dates were unique and the sex scenes were hot as hell! Just the right amount of angst, possession, and romance. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the writing. During the beginning I found it to quite choppy. This did not improve throughout the book though.
I saw some reviews about a cliffhanger.... Yes, there is one, but it just hook, line, and sinks you for book 2.
Definitely recommend this book.
